I am a certified nutritional practitioner who specializes in gut health. I take a (w)holistic approach to healing. This means I look at the mind and body as a whole. I firmly believe that when one aspect falls out of balance, everything in the body becomes imbalanced.

By working with a practitioner (like me!) we can get to the root cause of your chronic digestive issues by providing you with the tools and support you need. Everything we do is personalized so you can get the best support possible.

I’ve always felt a disconnect within myself. For most of my life, I relied on fast food and anything I could heat up in the microwave to get me through a busy day. I have dealt with chronic anxiety and stress most of my life, and after years of this all pilling up, it all came crashing down in 2018.

My health took a turn and my nervous system crashed. My stomach was always in pain, I had bloat 24/7 and I always had to make sure I was in close proximity to a bathroom.

I was terrified to eat anything and almost anything I did eat would make me feel sick. After seeing many doctors with no hope in sight, I decided to take my health into my own hands and turned to natural medicine.

I did functional testing to uncover the root cause of all my gut issues and it was the best decision I have made and I have never looked back.

It’s now my mission to empower and educate my clients with functional testing so they can also get to the root cause of all their gut issues, and finally, go back to thriving in life!
